What is the difference between a remote accountant and an on-site accountant

mohasby costs a quarter of direct hiring, has higher experience, provides full digital storage and archiving of your files, and ensures service continuity with replacement if needed.

When will I receive the financial statements and reports

Reports are uploaded to the platform within a maximum of 10 days after the end of each month (or 10 days after the end of the quarter for quarterly reports).

Do you have a dedicated accountant who works on my accounts

Yes, there is a dedicated accountant who works on your accounts monthly. However, the service is tied to the company, not a single person, so if the accountant changes, the service won’t be affected because everything is documented on the platform.

Is mohasby an external auditor/audit firm

No, we only provide bookkeeping and accounting services. However, we have a network of audit firm partners that we can coordinate with for you at the best price and fastest turnaround.

How does the process work, and how are invoices and documents delivered remotely

Through the Mohasby platform/app: you upload your invoices and documents, communicate with the accountant like on WhatsApp, and view your financial reports and filings all in one place

Do you issue the tax ID and handle all tax and zakat filings completely

Tax registration (tax ID) is done through the authority, and we can assist you with consultation. As for the filings: we handle the full preparation and submission of the tax return, and zakat if you are subscribed to the service or the annual plan according to the offer.

Your prices are high; I found a cheaper option. Can you give me a discount

Our prices are based on high quality and clear guarantees: a team with 7–10 years of experience, commitment to delivering reports within 10 days, and adherence to zakat, tax, and professional standards. We can try to adjust the price slightly if there’s a clear commitment, but we cannot go below a certain limit so as not to affect the service level.

Are you officially certified and regulated

Yes, Mohasby is licensed as a bookkeeping and accounting company. We adhere to the standards of the Zakat and Tax Authority and the Accountants Authority. We are not a legal audit firm (SOCPA) because our activity is different.

What guarantees do you provide if there’s a mistake, the accountant changes, or the service ends

We commit to a Service Level Agreement that ensures continuity of your accountant or provides a replacement within 24 hours. All data belongs to you and is stored on secure servers, and you can export your data at any time after the service ends in electronic formats like Excel or PDF
